Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
At The Wax Room, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 30% of the booked service(s). This amount will be charged to the card on file.
